The Staff @ Al's want you to have your orders for Christmas and will make every effort to ship your order, the day it is ordered, if done before 3PM EST.
We use FedEx Express and FedEx Ground for delivery of your orders. FedEx has employed additional help for the rush, but due to the huge volume at this time of year, and weather, delays may occur. Obviously express delivery options get priority and give you the best chance to receive your orders on time.
There is no Ground or Home delivery on December 24th, only express.

The carriers drop their service guaranties, and normal delivery times are not guaranteed.
